1. Program Eligibility

Simple Hockey programs are designed for children aged 5 to 13 years old. By registering a child, you confirm that you are their legal parent or guardian and authorized to enroll them.

2. Registration and Payment

All participants must be registered in advance using the official registration form on our website. - Payment must be made in full before the start of the program.

You may cancel your registration at any time. A refund will be issued for the remaining balance of the session, minus a 10% administrative fee.

3. Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for our program, you acknowledge that participation in hockey involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury.

You agree to release and hold harmless Simple Hockey, its staff, coaches, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation in our programs.

4. Code of Conduct

We promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant or parent from the program due to inappropriate behavior, harassment, or failure to follow our guidelines.

5. Safety and Equipment

Participants must wear at least a CSA-approved helmet, neck guard, gloves, stick, and skates. - While full hockey equipment is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended for safety. - Coaches are first-aid trained and will supervise all on-ice activities.

6. Cancellations and Make-Up Classes

Classes canceled due to weather, ice availability, or other factors may be rescheduled when possible. - Make-up classes are not guaranteed but will be offered when feasible.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons.

7. Photo & Video Consent

By registering for Simple Hockey, you consent to the use of photos and/or videos of your child taken during program activities for promotional, informational, and educational purposes.

These images may appear on our website, social media channels, or printed materials. If you do not wish for your child to appear in any photos or videos, you must notify us in writing before the start of the program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Simple Hockey

and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during registration is used only for program administration and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

Simple Hockey may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or participation in programs after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
